Our Commitment to Patients


We want your visit to our office to be as easy as possible.  Appointments are scheduled conveniently and promptly to meet your needs.  If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we may offer your time to someone else.  If you have an emergency, our doctor can be paged through a 24-hour answering service.


If a surgical procedure is necessary, we will explain the procedure to you in detail.  Understanding treatment makes most patients more relaxed.  Both Dr. Luke Hardy and Dr. Jack Hardy have many years of clinical and surgical experience behind them and can handle the most delicate surgical procedures with ease and efficiency.


Your comfort is a top priority for us, so we have designed our office to be a relaxed and comfortable environment.  Dr. Luke Hardy and Dr. Jack Hardy have extensive anesthesia training which enables them to sedate patients when necessary to ensure comfort.

Anesthesia options:

  • Local Anesthetic
  • Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas)
  • Intravenous (general) anesthesia


Perhaps most importantly, doctors refer their patients to our office because of their confidence in both doctor’s extensive training and high quality, sensitive care provided to their patients.  Using the most advanced technologies allows us to better serve our patients.

Language Assistance:

Our office provides free language assistance and interpretive services to all patients that require alternative means of communication. We have staff on hand that speak Spanish and Russian, and we are happy to provide an interpreter of another language upon request.
